About the event

This event will be a 60-minute panel discussion comprising a neuropsychologist, licensed therapist, and Alzheimer's Association representative designed to provide mental health professionals with foundational knowledge about Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, including their clinical features, the neuropsychological assessment process, emotional and psychological impacts, the therapist’s role in supporting individuals and families affected by cognitive decline, and community resources.

This training is being offered free of charge as part of our commitment to supporting mental health professionals in serving individuals and families affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

In lieu of a registration fee, please consider making a voluntary donation to the Alzheimer’s Association, helping fund critical research, advocacy efforts, and supportive services for those living with dementia and their caregivers.

Direct donations can be made here.
