About the event
This therapy group for children will introduce emotional and somatic awareness and regulation skills to children who tend to have big feelings and reactions. Lessons will be introduced through playful and experiential mediums such as art, movement, and mindfulness.
Parents will be provided with handouts outlining the topics taught to help generalize practice outside of the group and into daily life.
A concurrent parent-support group will be offered.
Cost: $30/group- Most insurances accepted
