Mindfulness is key to sustainable weight loss. This class will help you address and understand mental blocks that sabotage goals for weight loss.
Each Week will give you an opportunity to practice these skill using a short physical workout and providing a simple nutritional goal to help you integrate your mind and body in your weight loss efforts.
The class will be taught by Lyndy Barnard, LCSW and fitness professionals.
