Our Commitment to Healing

Sometimes the hardest part of healing is discovering that what you’ve been carrying is something worth healing. Many of us have lived through experiences that leave lasting imprints on how we think, feel, relate, and move through the world.  At Resolutions Counseling Center, we are committed to providing trauma-informed care rooted in the principles defined by national best practices (SAMHSA): safety, trustworthiness, peer support, collaboration, empowerment, and cultural responsiveness.

Our team actively builds trauma-informed skills through ongoing training, consultation, and personal reflection and care. Additionally, we are intentional about creating a therapeutic environment that is inclusive, calming, and respectful of each client’s voice, choice, pace, and autonomy. We believe it is in this space of a compassionate and trusting relationship that you can begin to reconnect with yourself, with those around you, and with meaning and fulfillment in your life.
