Therapist

“It is dangerous to know, but it is more dangerous not to know.”

-Rollo May

I am passionate about helping my clients discover and devise ways of being that allow them to fully be in harmony with themselves. I work with a variety of clients including children, teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance use, and interpersonal challenges. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and curiosity. I hope to foster an environment where my clients can genuinely explore all the options available to them, without fear or shame to help them design a life that is authentically chosen and deeply meaningful to them. I will happily pull from skills-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, and ACT, to help you gain ways to target specific challenges you face. More often, my sessions will involve open ended talk or play therapy to help you discover your own stuck points and creative solutions to them.

A little more about me: I graduated with my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster University in 2025. I currently have my ACMHC and am working towards my full license under the supervision of Tara Sharifan, PsyD.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time adventuring in nature, pottery/sculpting, reading, watching youtube videos, and spending quality time with my partner, friends, family, and dog
