Brenda Till
MSW Intern
I believe everyone's journey toward feeling better and living fully is unique, and I am here to support you on your path with effective, evidence-based tools. As a strength-based therapist, I operate from the core belief that you inherently possess the capabilities necessary for authentic and fulfilling lives. My objective is to provide a structured, non-judgmental environment that empowers you to access these internal resources, redefine your narratives, and cultivate resilience. Together, we will approach therapy by addressing you as a whole person: encompassing your biology, your inner world, and your life circumstances.
I am passionate about supporting you through the complexities of family, romantic, and platonic relationships, as well as the various stages that relationships experience. I am committed to providing a safe space for individuals and couples to find clarity toward healing and build resilience. My experience includes working with individuals struggling with substance use and addiction, relationships, marriage and family conflict, stress, anxieties, traumas, and other mental health difficulties. I view therapy as a valuable investment in personal health and healing, offering a dedicated space for profound self-exploration and growth.
