Hailey Cerise, a proud resident of Salt Lake City, Utah, holds a Masters in Social Work from the University of Utah. As a strength-based therapist, Hailey firmly believes that each person already possesses what they need to live authentic, fulfilling lives. With her guidance and expertise, she empowers individuals to tap into their inherent capabilities and discover their own unique paths to healing and self-improvement.

What sets Hailey apart is her warm and empathetic nature, which instantly puts her clients at ease. Her non-judgmental curiosity serves as a powerful tool to establish trust and rapport, fostering an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.With extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults, Hailey has honed her skills in addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. Her expertise in working with teenagers is a result of her role as a lead therapist at a residential treatment center for teens, where she made a lasting impact for five years.

Hailey's diverse training in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Equine Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) enables her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Additionally, she incorporates experiential therapies like art therapy and sand tray therapy, providing clients with creative and transformative outlets for self-expression and exploration.

Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, Hailey enjoys working with clients on a variety of topics, including grief and loss, attachment, trauma, body image, depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, self-harm, LGBTQ issues, and more. Her commitment to fostering inclusivity and creating a safe space for all individuals is at the core of her therapeutic practice.

When she's not working, Hailey takes full advantage of the breathtaking outdoor opportunities that Utah has to offer. You might find her hiking or camping, embracing the beauty of nature alongside her loyal canine companion, Harvey.
