Therapist

"The wound is the place where the light enters you." -Rumi

I believe in each person’s inherent resiliency and capacity to navigate life’s challenges. Grounded in an affirming and culturally sensitive approach, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood. With a strong foundation in clinical social work and advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), for which I am currently completing certification, I specialize in supporting individuals healing from PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, family challenges, body image concerns, and life transitions.

My therapeutic style integrates a range of evidence-based modalities, including Parts Work, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), NARM, and Somatic Therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

In our work together, you can expect a space where your story is honored without judgment, your strengths are highlighted, and you are gently guided toward healing at your own pace. With warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for every person’s lived experience, I am honored to walk alongside clients in their journey toward healing, wholeness, and empowered living.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and exploring new experiences that bring joy and gratitude to my own life.
