Leslie Holling, ACMHC
Therapist
Leslie (she/her) completed her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from
Northwestern University in March, 2023. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in English
from Stanford University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Washington
University in St. Louis. She has more than ten years of experience working with
adolescents in school, community, and therapeutic settings. Leslie is interested in
working with people of all ages and multicultural backgrounds to identify and build on unique personal strengths and values. She believes that a sustained commitment to mental health and wellness is part of whole body mental health. She is inspired by the power that authentic human connection can have to promote healing and health.
Leslie enjoys hiking, swimming, skiing, writing, music, and spending time with her family. Her work in the mental health field as a grant writer, mental health first aid
instructor, and youth mentor inspired a commitment to work with adults, youth, and
families seeking support as they navigate relationships, transitions, and challenges.
Leslie is pursuing a certification in NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) training
for the treatment of attachment, relational, and developmental trauma.
