Leslie Holling, CMHC (She/her)

Therapist

Many life experiences and beliefs inform my professional approach, including working with diverse individuals, practicing whole-body mental health at various life stages, parenting, and the conviction that healing and growth often occur within the context of safe and supportive relationships. I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable and open to exploring the expansive terrain of their inner landscape and are free to discover their inherent human capacity to live authentically.

I work with older teens and adults of all ages who are impacted by complex trauma, moving through life transitions, grappling with relationship issues, and learning how to manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. While I primarily draw from humanistic, psychodynamic, and holistic models, I integrate interventions from other theories as needed.

I love spending time with my family, hiking, skiing, swimming, practicing yoga, listening to music, reading, and traveling.
