Administrative Lead

I have worked in customer communications for nearly a decade and have been part of the Resolutions team since 2021. With almost five years at the office, I support a wide range of administrative needs, including intake and scheduling, provider credentialing, and helping clients understand their insurance benefits and billing.


I am often the first voice people hear when they reach out, and I take pride in helping make each step for clients feel smooth, safe, and caring. What I find most rewarding is knowing I'm helping people feel supported from the very beginning of their journey at Resolutions. This passion for people is what first drew me to Resolutions, and it continues to guide my work every day. I truly love what I do and am committed to creating a warm, welcoming experience for everyone who comes through the door.


When I'm not working toward positive client experiences, you can find me spending time with family — or most likely, singing my heart out at karaoke.
