Psychologist & Clinical Director
“Hope locates itself in the premises that we don’t know what will happen and, in the spaciousness of uncertainty, is room to act.” -Rebecca Solnit
I integrate the science and art of psychology to support healing and growth. I’m passionate about staying current with research in mental health and applying evidence-based practices in ways that honor each person’s unique needs, style, and goals. I work with children, teens, young adults, and parents, offering guidance through life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and hope.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through self-discovery and being truly seen without judgment. I aim to create a space where clients can explore who they are, connect with their values, and move toward greater self-acceptance. While my approach is grounded in a humanistic perspective, I also draw from psychodynamic and attachment-based ideas to help clients understand patterns in their lives and relationships and how past experiences may shape the present. When helpful, I integrate practical tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), polyvagal theory, and yoga-informed practices to support regulation, growth, resilience, and healing through the mind-body connection. My goal is to collaborate with each client in a way that honors their uniqueness and empowers them to create meaningful change.
